Membership benefits may include unlimited visits, extended appointments, after-hours messaging, chronic disease care, wellness support, selected procedures, discounted labs and savings on qualifying spa or aesthetic services. A 10% annual-prepayment discount may be available.
HRT & Weight-Loss Membership
$149.99 per month
Designed for patients participating in hormone optimization or medical weight-management care. Benefits may include office visits, B12 injections, monthly progress check-ins, annual wellness planning, InBody access, discounted labs, 20% off supplements, 10% off peptides, $10-per-unit Botox and savings on qualifying medications, aesthetics and gym membership.
Some medications may be included; others are offered at a discounted cost. Treatment and medication eligibility depend on clinical evaluation.
