Clinic hours
Regular office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Appointments outside regular office hours may be available but must be requested by calling the clinic at 309-785-7111.
Gym access
Active fitness members receive 24/7 access after enrollment and access setup.
Before your visit
- Bring a current photo ID, insurance card if applicable and an updated medication list.
- Confirm your coverage and expected out-of-pocket cost before services are provided.
- For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
