TLC was built to provide accessible, personal healthcare and wellness services in the community Terrah Cornell has always called home.
Meet Terrah L. Cornell, APRN, FPA
Terrah is a family nurse practitioner with full practice authority in Illinois. A Cuba High School graduate, she began her nursing career after graduating from OSF College of Nursing in 1997 and earned her MSN and family nurse practitioner credentials from Illinois State University’s Mennonite College of Nursing in 2009.
Her experience includes pediatrics, high-risk obstetrics, outpatient surgery, public health, primary care and nursing education. She has served patients through Graham Medical Group, OSF HealthCare, HSHS, the Fulton County Health Department and as adjunct faculty at Bradley University.
The TLC story
The TLC Health & Wellness Clinic opened on October 21, 2019, with a goal of delivering high-quality, relationship-centered care close to home. What began as a small independent practice has grown into a trusted rural clinic caring for dozens of patients each week.
TLC Wellness Spa & Fitness extends that mission beyond the exam room by creating local access to exercise, recovery, aesthetics and prevention-focused wellness.
